While "Health & Wellness" may have a different meaning for just about anyone you meet, what we are talking about is helping you find the campus resources that can help you discover your highest potential - whatever your optimal state of mind, body and spirit might be.

There are many fitness/wellness opportunities on campus, some aimed at faculty and staff, others just for students and some that include both. Programs target personal fitness as well as stress reduction, setting up your workspace safely and efficiently and even the challenge of high level mountaineering.
